Scandal, scandal in the great state of Maine!

Now, he technically has every right to hire her. But, as a friend pointed out, unless there is some measurable loss that will occur to the state if she isn’t hired, she shouldn’t be. Like there aren’t enough 22-year-old recent college grads with equivalent or better work experience, education, and skills to hold this position? Like, say, me? (Although, I don’t have the prerequisite political ideology.) If he wants a job for his daughter, he must know plenty of other people who would hire her. This just looks bad.
